Here at Moms4Paws we have a few guidelines we go by to keep everything running smoothly. It’s always good to know what to expect.

Payments are due when services are contracted

• Pets must be current on all vaccinations. We will need a copy of this at the consultation.
• Pets must wear I.D. tags while we are responsible them.
• We must be informed of any aggressive behavior, if they have ever bitten anyone or another animal. We will not walk them with the pack but do private walks instead.
• We must have two keys to your home, no garage door openers.
• We need to know all persons who could be at your home. We will call the authorities if a stranger is in your home.
• With the pet sitting service, you will be required to contact us within 5 hours of returning home. If we do not hear from you we will continue caring for your pets and your home for an additional charge of $25.00 per visit, plus any additional charges that may arise. These additional charges are due as soon as you return.

• Inclement weather may cause postponement of regular services delivered due to school closings or impassable roads. We are “MOMS” with kids. Credit will be issued to your acount for future use.

Cancellation Policy NO REFUNDS only CREDIT FOR FUTURE USE,

should you need to cancel your reservation.

• Cancellation with 2 days or less notice, No refund or credits.
• Cancellation with 1 week notice, half of your payment will be credited.
• Cancellation with 2 weeks notice, all of your payment will be credited.

Please review contract for additional information. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Holidays include: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, and Easter Day. Holiday bookings are based on availability. Earlier booking is suggested.
